Non-smoking, non-pet, single-owner of a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT (2WD, 3.5L EcoBoost, SuperCab, 5.5' bed), purchased new in early 2015. This truck was primarily used for commuting and occasional camping trips. It was never worked hard towed fewer than 10 times total. When COVID began it had ~62k miles; over the last six years only ~35k miles were added. The truck has a clean title and one minor accident on record: a low-speed (~5 mph) parking-lot impact with a light pole that damaged the bumper and hood. Both were properly replaced. No hail damage. Maintenance has been done consistently and proactively. All oil changes were performed on or before the service reminder using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. Several major wear and reliability items have already been addressed, including spark plugs, transmission service, brakes, battery, TPMS sensors, and most notably a full turbo replacement with supporting components, plus brake vacuum pump, in April 2025. Minor interior upholstery wear (no tears) did a full upholstery cleaning Sep-25. The reason for sale is simple: our family has grown, and we need a vehicle that can comfortably seat everyone at once. This has been a dependable truck, and I want to be transparent about its condition so there are no surprises. The good: strong drivetrain, extensive recent maintenance, low mileage for its age, single owner, clean title. The honest stuff: windshield has two stable cracks outside the driver's line of sight; tires have good tread but show some dry rot from low use; there is a minor coolant seep it's manageable now but should be addressed down the road. The truck is 12 years old, not new, and price reflects this known upcoming maintenance work. Happy to answer questions or provide maintenance documentation.
