Engine is blown.  Car can't be drive.   Power top can go up but not down (might be a sensor in the trunk, motors work fine).  No heat (this is recent).  New brakes and rotors, new rear shocks, tires ( front) recent replacement.   I don't need to sell, testing the market.  I'm asking 16,500. Small minor accident in 2019, entire front bumper was replaced.    I good mechanic can rebuilt the engine and fix the other minor issues.   If someone can rebuild this for me, I will consider offers.  I would like to keep the car, have owned it for 11 years.
