If you're searching for a 2009 Lexus LX 570 for sale in Fresno, CA, this white Sport Utility 4D at T & D Auto Group deserves a serious look. Priced at $16,999 with a stout 5.7-liter V8 under the hood and full-time 4WD capability, this is a luxury body-on-frame SUV that was built to last and at this price point, it represents exceptional value for Fresno-area buyers who want premium without the premium price tag. ===== About This 2009 Lexus LX 570 ===== The LX 570 arrived in 2008 as a full redesign of Lexus's flagship SUV, and the 2009 model year represents one of the most robust large luxury SUVs ever produced. This particular example shows 230,923 miles on the odometer a number that may give some buyers pause, but context matters enormously with this model. The LX 570 shares its platform and powertrain with the Toyota Land Cruiser, a vehicle legendary worldwide for running well past 300,000 miles with proper maintenance. High mileage on a well-maintained LX 570 is not a red flag it's a testament to durability. This white exterior presents a classic, clean appearance that suits the LX's upscale character, and the SUV's body-on-frame construction means structural integrity holds up far better over time than unibody crossovers. ===== 2009 Lexus LX 570 Performance and Engine ===== ==== 5.7-Liter V8 With VVT ==== The heart of this LX 570 is its 5.7-liter V8 engine equipped with Variable Valve Timing, producing 383 horsepower and 403 lb-ft of torque in factory configuration. Paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission featuring Sequential Shift Mode, power delivery is smooth, confident, and genuinely impressive for a full-size SUV. The sequential mode gives drivers manual-style gear control without a clutch useful when descending steep grades in the Sierra Nevada foothills east of Fresno or navigating off-road terrain with precision. ==== 4WD Capability ==== The permanent four-wheel-drive system on the LX 570 is not an afterthought it is the same proven system used in Toyota Land Cruisers deployed in some of the harshest environments on earth. Whether you're dealing with rare Fresno Valley fog on slick roads, heading up toward Shaver Lake or Kings Canyon, or simply want the confidence of a capable 4WD system year-round, this drivetrain delivers. Factory tow ratings on the LX 570 exceed 8,500 lbs, making it practical for trailers, boats, and recreational equipment common throughout the Central Valley. ===== Lexus LX 570 Features and Interior ===== The 2009 LX 570 was Lexus's flagship SUV, and the standard equipment reflected that status. Buyers can expect a three-row interior with seating for up to eight passengers, premium leather upholstery, genuine wood trim accents, a multi-information display, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated and ventilated front seats, a premium Mark Levinson audio system, and a rear-seat entertainment system with a DVD player features that were genuinely class-leading at launch and remain impressive today. The LX 570 also included Lexus's Pre-Collision System, Vehicle Stability Control, and Active Height Control suspension that automatically adjusts ride height for on-road comfort or off-road clearance. At $16,999, you are getting amenities that originally stickered well above $75,000. ===== Lexus LX 570 Reliability and Ownership ===== Few SUVs have earned the kind of long-term reliability reputation that the LX 570 and its Land Cruiser twin enjoy. Owners consistently report that with regular oil changes, transmission fluid services, and differential maintenance, these vehicles run cleanly past 250,000 and even 300,000 miles. The V8 engine and 6-speed transmission are well-understood by independent mechanics, meaning maintenance costs in the Fresno area are very manageable.
