Well cared for vehicle that I've owned for the last 9 years. Sharp color combo white with red interior. Vehicle has been meticulously cared for. I have all records and receipts for service. I have had all the notorious issues that are common with the N55 engine already repaired. This includes replacing the valve cover, the oil pan gasket and the oil filter housing gasket. Car has never been tuned or tracked however I had a DInan air intake, VRSF charge pipe and Bilstein coil overs installed. Full transparency this car needs a new CAT and will not pass NY state inspection. The CAT is bolted on and can easily be replaced by a do it yourselfer. If you were looking for something that you wanted to have fun with you could install a catted downpipe and a tune for about the same price as an OEM CAT. This car starts and drives awesome. Transmission shifts smooth and if I didn't tell you about the CAT you would never know. No check engine light. One other item in need of repair, the iDrive unit will not boot. This does not affect driveability but it does affect the screen/radio/rear view camera, etc.. Also, passenger side mirror does not move. 2 key fobs and manual. Recent major services performed: (I have all receipts and records) -All fluid changes per BMW recommendations (oil, differential, brake fluid, coolant, etc) -Transmission service @201,000 mi -Replaced spark plugs @201,000 mi -Front and rear break pads and rotors. Also replacd both rear calipers replaced @195,000 mi -all four tires replaced, balanced and 4 wheel alignment @185,000 mi --Oil pan gasket, Oil filter housing gasket replaced @175,000 -New Battery @173,000 -Replaced fuel tank @167,000
