  • The package includes a long list of Ford Racing parts and accessories.
  • The ORV Package is only available for 4-door Bronco models.
  • Ford covers the package with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

Ford Custom Garage lets buyers customize the Bronco, Mustang, and other vehicles with unique accessories, color schemes, and performance upgrades. We reported on new options for the Bronco back in July, and now Ford has announced the ORV package for its popular off-road SUV.

The ORV Package is available for some 2025 and 2026 4-door Bronco models. It features a long list of parts and accessories from Ford’s catalog, including a Fox off-road suspension kit, Bronco Raptor skid plates, Rigid lighting, a modular front bumper, and more.

While the upgrades are extensive, the ORV Package does not replace Bronco trim levels. Instead, buyers can add the package to the Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks trims, though the specific fitment and availability vary depending on the SUV’s factory-equipped options.

Many Bronco owners customize their SUVs, with Ford’s data showing that around half of buyers personalize their vehicles in some way. In some cases, aftermarket parts can void the factory warranty, but that’s not the case with Ford Custom Garage. As long as a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician performs the installation, the ORV Package is covered by a supplemental Ford Racing Parts 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

A 2026 Ford Bronco Base 4-door SUV starts at $43,895, including a $1,995 destination charge. The ORV Package costs an extra $18,995 on top of that, before installation costs are added. While that’s far from cheap, it’s likely less expensive than assembling a similar package from individual parts. Additionally, the cost is likely worth it for the warranty and professional installation.
