Recall: Range Rover Detaching Roof Trim

2025 Land Rover Range Rover front

Land Rover is recalling 178 vehicles due to a potential detaching of the panoramic roof trim. The following vehicles are affected:

Land Rover tellsthe National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that “the adhesion process used to re-attach the panoramic roof side finishers during vehicle quality rework operations in the assembly plant may not have been sufficient.”

Land Rover identified that, over time, the side trim on the panoramic roof could become loose and detach, posing a potential injury risk.

Dealers will remove and reaffix the trim using an improved adhesion process. As with all recalls, there is no charge for the repair.

Owners of affected vehicles will be notified by mail beginning April 17, 2026.

Vehicle recalls impact millions each year, and although automakers work hard to notify all affected owners, some individuals may still not receive the information.
