The heavy-duty Ram 2500 will get a pair of new sport truck varieties for the 2026 model year, the company has announced.

Ram 2500 Warlock, an Affordable Off-Roader

Ram fans are already familiar with the Warlock name from the Ram 1500 Warlock — a contender in our most recent full-size truck comparison. In Ram parlance, a Warlock is an affordable off-road variant, a step less extreme than a Rebel or an RHO.

The heavy-duty Warlock will start at $57,165, including the delivery fee.

The Ram 2500 Warlock will come standard with a 405-horsepower Hemi V8, recently reintroduced to the Ram lineup. It rides on 34-inch Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac all-terrain tires and a retuned off-road suspension with Bilstein dampers. A skid plate protects the transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential aids traction in the mud.

Black bumpers, fender flares, and grille surrounds identify it from the outside. Inside, the Warlock models get cloth upholstery and a front bench seat.

Ram 2500 Black Express, a Low-Priced Street Truck

Ram HD Gets Warlock, Black Express Models

Ram recently revived the Black Express name for a low-cost, high-fashion version of the 1500 with black accents inside and out. The 2500 Black Express is more of a street truck. It’s available only in Crew Cab and with rear- or 4-wheel drive (RWD or 4WD). Prices start at $53,735.

It rides on 20-inch black wheels and gets body color bumpers and grille surround, tube side steps, and a sport performance hood. Cloth seating helps keep the price down, and that front bench seat is once again standard.

Ram says both trucks can be ordered today, with the first deliveries expected in late summer.
