Lincoln Recalls Nautilus Over Windows That Can Pinch

2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label with bougainvillea and blue sky in the background.

Lincoln has issued a recall for 47,818 Nautilus SUVs from model years 2024 and 2025 because their power windows can pinch passengers’ fingers.

Federal law requires power windows to reverse when they encounter resistance, to protect passengers from getting pinched. Lincoln tells federal safety officials that the Nautilus has that protective feature, but it may be miscalibrated in some cars.

Dealers will adjust the calibration to fix it. However, owners need to bring the vehicles in to have the settings adjusted.

Recall repairs are always free.

Carmakers try to notify the owners of recalled vehicles, but those efforts aren’t always 100% effective. To check if your car has any outstanding recalls, try our easy VIN check tool in our recall center.
