KBB.com tops Online Auto Shopping Brand poll for 3rd straight year

For the third year running, the Harris Poll EquiTrend study found those efforts resonated with users across the country who rated KBB.com highest among its peers with respect to brand equity. That sentiment led Harris to once again name KBB.com as the Online Auto Shopping Brand of the Year.

Conducted from January 3 through February 31, 2014, the latest EquiTrend study analyzed responses of 41,806 U.S. consumers age 15 and older regarding a brand’s ability to meet expectations, be trusted, be relevant to consumers and to elicit positive emotional reactions. "Earning the Online Auto Shopping Brand of the Year for three consecutive years, since the category’s inception, shows our ongoing commitment to deliver consumers the most valuable and trusted car-shopping information available online," said Jared Rowe, president of Kelley Blue Book.
