Honda Recalls Prologue, Acura ZDX Over Blank Screens

2024 Honda Prologue blue front right quarter

Honda and its Acura luxury division report that the 2024 Acura ZDX and the 2024 Honda Prologue may experience intermittent blank screens that prevent drivers from receiving pertinent vehicle operation information.

The company told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that there are “six independent software defects within the Radio Control Module.” This problem leads to blank instrument clusters that fail to display drivers’ speed, warning information, and turn signals. It can keep the rearview camera’s image from displaying.

Unfortunately, affected drivers will need to visit their nearest Honda dealer to have the Radio Control Module updated with the improved software.

Honda will notify owners by mail beginning April 20, 2026.
