GM Recalls Large SUVs With Wrong Gas Tank

General Motors has recalled 12 large SUVs that may have received the incorrect fuel tank during a repair.

The recalled models include a handful of each of the following:

All of the recalled models have a 6-cylinder diesel engine.

GM says the SUVs were accidentally fitted with a fuel tank from 2025 models during repairs. Because of a valve difference between the new tank and the tank they were supposed to receive, they could develop a fuel leak.

Dealers will install the correct fuel tank to fix the problem.
