Ford has recalled just five units of its 2025 Super Duty truck because a fuel line connector may be cracked.
Ford tells the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that the problem developed “due to process deviations at the supplier” that resulted in a misaligned tool. That tool may have forced parts together improperly, leaving cracks in connectors.
A fuel leak can result in a vehicle fire.
Dealers will replace the fuel return line assembly to solve the problem.
