Chrysler has recalled 250,651 Pacifica and Voyager minivans from model years 2022-2025 because their side curtain airbags may not inflate with sufficient pressure.
The company tells federal safety officials that a lack of pressure “may reduce occupant protection and increase the risk of partial and complete ejection of an occupant through a side window during certain types of crashes.”
Dealers will replace both side curtain airbags to fix the problem.
Recall repairs are always free.
Automakers recall many cars to fix safety defects, sometimes more than once. While automakers try to reach every owner to ask them to bring the vehicle in for repair, they rarely reach them all. Millions of vehicles on American roads need free recall repairs. Check the easy VIN tool at our recall center to find out if your car is one of them.
