Audi of America has moved the Audi Driving Experience from its previous home at Sonoma Raceway in California to a new home at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas. The COTA facility also plays host to a number of national and international professional motorsports events including the Formula One United States Grand Prix.

The Audi Driving Experience consists of four distinct regimens and puts drivers behind the wheel of three different vehicles – the Audi RS 3, Audi TT RS and Audi R8 V10 Plus. It kicks off with a half-day Audi Sport Dynamic Experience ($595) that includes a classroom session, training from professional racing drivers as well as wheel time in the RS 3 and TT RS in various paddock exercise areas. The $995 Audi Sport Track Initiation Experience also is a half day but introduces the R8 V10 Plus to the mix and involves mastering even more demanding dynamic challenges in the paddock as well as on parts of the COTA circuit.

For those who want even more, the Audi Sport R8 Track Initiation Experience ($2,195) offers a full day of perfecting one’s driving skills on various segments of the challenging 3.4-mile track. Participants who complete that step will be eligible for the Audi Sport R8 Pro Track Experience ($4,995), which encompasses two full days of pro training and R8 V10 Plus hot lapping around the entire Formula One course.
