America's Sports Car turns 60 this year, and to help celebrate that momentous milestone and bid farewell to the sixth-generation "C6" iteration, Chevrolet took to the track with a new 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible Collector Edition to extinguish 60 celebratory candles in the most appropriate manner possible. Fastest and most potent production Corvette convertible ever built, the 2013 427 Convertible Collector Edition packs the same 7.0-liter V8 as the Z06. Developing 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of perk torque, it can send this iconic Corvette drop top from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds and on to a top speed in excess of 190 mph.
