The 2027 Volvo EX60 electric SUV netted an official EPA certification of 330 miles of range, Volvo announced Thursday.

The EX60 is an electric version of the brand’s best-selling XC60 midsize SUV. It heralds a new era of electrification with an 800-volt architecture for fast charging times, new motors with more power, and a native North American Charging System (NACS) port for more accessible DC fast charging.
The 330 miles of range applies to the dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) P10 model rolling on either 20- or 21-inch wheels. Slap some 22-inch shoes on and it drops to 312 miles of range. The P6 model, which has a single motor with rear-wheel drive (RWD), is rated at 307 miles.

On a properly equipped DC fast charger, the EX60 can recoup 165 miles of range in 10 minutes at a peak output of 370 kW. Chargers with that much power, however, are currently rare in the U.S.
A forthcoming P12 performance model is planned for late this year, and a more rugged EX60 Cross Country model is planned next year as a 2028 model.
