Subaru is keeping Crosstrek pricing largely unchanged for 2027, a welcome move at a time when many vehicles are becoming more expensive.
The only trim to see a price increase is the Limited Hybrid, which is up $1,000 for 2027. As pricing stays flat for the rest of the lineup, there aren’t many changes for the new model year. Slight trim and feature updates are what’s in store for 2027.
What’s New
Sport Trim Is Hybrid-Only
Previously offered on both gas-powered and hybrid models, the Sport trim will only be available with a hybrid powertrain for 2027.
The 2027 Sport Hybrid gets trim-exclusive 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and features Sport Cloth upholstery with yellow stitching. Historically, it has also featured matching yellow exterior accents and sport badging, giving the vehicle a sportier look for those who want to stand out in the Crosstrek lineup.
Updated Exterior Color Options
For 2027, the Crosstrek lineup’s exterior color options see quite a few changes. Sapphire Blue Pearl, previously available across the entire lineup, will now be offered only on hybrid models.
Pure Red and Lithium Red Pearl will be replaced by Ignition Red on the Crosstrek Limited Hybrid. If you were a fan of the foresty Alpine Green, it unfortunately does not make the cut for 2027 either. It will instead be replaced by Tidepool Teal Pearl, which we have not yet seen.
Standard Power Moonroof on Limited Hybrid
If you wanted a moonroof on any of the Crosstrek 2026 models, your only option was to purchase it as part of an additional package. Now, for the first time, Subaru’s power moonroof will be standard on the Limited Hybrid model, the lineup’s highest hybrid trim.
A moonroof will also be a part of the optional add-on packages available to the Premium, Limited, and Wilderness trims at varying prices.
2027 Crosstrek Pricing and Availability
The 2027 Crosstrek lineup will arrive at dealerships later this fall. Pricing is as follows, and includes a $1,475 destination fee (buyers in Alaska will have a $1,625 destination fee).
