A recent redesign brought the Kia Sportage into competition with the best compact SUVs. It’s currently tied with the Toyota RAV4 for second in our list of the Best Compact SUVs. That result would probably shock you if you time-traveled here from 2022.
For the 2025 model year, Kia has seen little reason to change the formula.
The 2025 Sportage will be almost identical to the 2024 model, even down to pricing. Minor changes include darker exterior trim for those who order the rugged X-Line and X-Pro models. Buyers of the EX version get the option of a new Premium Package with a panoramic sunroof and smart power liftgate.
2025 Kia Sportage Pricing:
Kia has released pricing for all three versions of the Sportage – conventional gas-powered, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid with up to 34 miles of all-electric range. Kelley Blue Book reviews each separately.
Prices see tiny bumps for the new model year. Most trim levels’ sticker prices have risen between $150 and $450. All manufacturers’ suggested retail prices (MSRP) include the mandatory $1,375 destination fee.
