Buick continues to expand its new Avenir sub-brand by revealing it as a new trim level on its LaCrosse full-size sedan. Following on a similar Avenir model in the redesigned Enclave crossover SUV range, the 2018 Buick LaCrosse Avenir sports a similar themed 3D mesh grille and lower intake along with a winged version of the division’s tri-shield logo.
But the look doesn’t stop with the redesigned nose, but rather includes significant upgrades to the interior in terms of upscale materials and more premium features as well as the use of standard 19-inch and optional 20-inch alloy wheels.

The interior boasts an exclusive chestnut color theme, embroidered front seat headrests and Avenir-scripted sill plates. Power comes from a 310-horsepower V6 mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment includes navigation, Bose premium audio and a panoramic sunroof. Options include an Ebony interior, all-wheel drive, advanced driver assists and a Dynamic Drive Package with continuous variable real-time damping. The 2018 Buick LaCrosse Avenir is expected to arrive at dealerships early next year.
