The last bit of pricing on the revised 2016 Infiniti Q50 sport sedan family has been released with news that the rear-drive Q50 3.0t Premium model powered by a 300-horse twin-turbocharged V6 will start at $40,805. The Q50 3.0t Premium AWD model opens at $42,805, including destination. Randy Parker, vice president, Infiniti America, notes these V6 Q50’s positioned as “the core volume trim” carry MSRPs that are comparable to 4-cylinder models offered by rivals like the Audi A4, BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

For those seeking a higher profile along with enhanced handling, the 2016 Infiniti Q50 Sport and Q50 Sport AWD commence at $44,805 and $47,805, respectively, and add Direct Adaptive Steering system, driver-selectable Dynamic Digital Suspension, 19-inch alloy wheels and larger brakes in addition to a unique front fascia, leather-covered sport seats, magnesium shift paddles and aluminum sport pedals.

Earlier this spring, Infiniti announced pricing for the rest of the 12 model lineup. Anchoring the compact sedan mix is the Q50 2.0t and posher 2.0t Premium which start at $34,855 and $38,555, respectively. Powered by a 2.0-liter/208-horse turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, each can be had in AWD form for an additional $2,000. Topping the range, the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 powered by a 400-horsepower version of the V6 starts at $48,885, with the AWD model commanding $50,885.
