Paying homage to a pair of London’s most popular outdoor recreational venues, the 2013 Mini Hyde Park and 2013 Mini Green Park Special Edition packages will be offered as part of the lineup on Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop and Clubman models starting in July. The Mini Hyde Park matches a Pepper White exterior with contrasting Hot Chocolate paint on its roof hood stripes, body accents and mirror caps. It also sports transparent white lenses on the indicator lights and features directional lamps integrated into the headlamps. While Pepper White dominates the Mini Hyde Park’s cabin trim, it offers the choice of seats covered in cloth/leather or Leather Gravity with the Carbon Black or Polar Beige Color Line set off by the Mini Yours dashboard covered in a combination of Black/Polar Beige leather.
Similar in character, the Mini Green Park package also has a Pepper White exterior but gets British Racing Green accents in place of the Hyde Park’s Hot Chocolate exterior trim. Inside, the Mini Green Park offers the same Pepper White background that can be complemented by cloth/leather or Leather Gravity with the Carbon Black or Polar Beige Color Line seats and also features a leather-wrapped Mini Yours dash done in a Black/Polar Beige combo.
Pricing for both the new Hyde Park and Green Park packages as well as all of the other 2013 Mini variants will be released closer to their on-sale date. Mini also has confirmed that a production version of the slick Mini Clubvan that made its debut in Geneva earlier this year in concept form will be joining the U.S. lineup this fall.
