Revealed earlier this month, the stunning 2013 McLaren MP4-12C Spider has now been profiled in a new factory film that captures the dynamic essence of this 616-horsepower F1-inspired overachiever at speed on a race track and traversing winding mountain roads in the south of Spain. While revealing no new facts about this latest McLaren supercar, the video does show the new MP4-12C Spider transitioning into al fresco running mode on the fly.
In commenting on the vehicle, Antony Sheriff, McLaren Automotive Managing Director observed: "We know 12C drivers love the Formula 1 technology DNA that runs throughout their cars. With the 12C Spider, owners will have an even greater opportunity to create their perfect driving experience. Top up or top down, the sports car with highest performance among the competition just became even more breathtaking."
As indicated earlier, the first U.S. customer cars are expected to arrive here sometime in late December or early January. The Ameri-spec 2013 McLaren MP4-12C Spider will carry a pricetag of $268,250.
