Mazda Takes Design to People

Vehicle design usually takes place in the shrouded secrecy of "design centers," but at the LA Auto Show Mazda has changed all that by sculpting a full-size clay model of a proposed 2018-model-year Mazda3 in their exhibition on the show floor. In this video Mazda North America Design Director Franz von Holzhausen tells us why his company decided to do this and what they hope to accomplish.
