Bentley Maintenance Guidelines: Once a Year, or Every 10,000 Miles

The guidelines are simple and the brand makes it easy for you during the first year. Once a year, or every 10,000 miles, Bentley recommends a synthetic oil and filter change, a tire rotation, replacement of the in-cabin pollen filter, the windshield wipers and the key fob battery. In addition, your Bentley mechanic will perform a thorough check of all vehicle mechanicals. These checks will include an inspection of the brake pads and discs, all fluid levels, a visual inspection for leakage, and a suspension component check. The first year of Bentley service is complimentary. Bentayga SUV models enjoy 3 years/unlimited miles of maintenance.

Following the vehicle check, the owners will be informed of any parts of their Bentley that are not up to specification, at which time they can approve any other necessary repairs.

Extended Warranty and Maintenance Plans

Every new Bentley has a 3-year/Unlimited mileage factory warranty. For additional piece of mind, original owners can extend the factory warranty by two years. This extension is transferable to a private buyer of the car, and features unlimited mileage, unlimited claims value, Bentley roadside assistance, no limit to the number of claims, and is good at any Bentley dealership in the U.S. This added cost feature must be purchased before the end of the original 3-year manufacturer’s warranty and extends through the fourth and fifth years of ownership.

Bentley also offers a warranty for its certified pre-owned vehicles. Following a 180-point inspection, buyers of previously owned Bentleys are able to extend a comprehensive vehicle warranty for a minimum of one year. There are no mileage restrictions, and you are free to extend the period of coverage at your discretion. The warranty has been designed to provide coverage for your car that is as close to that offered in a new car warranty as possible. Prices depend on the model and are agreed upon at the point of sale.
