Dee Steel

Dee Steel is a South Carolina-based digital content specialist who is passionate about technology’s role in providing information on all platforms. She’s created content for NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service, working closely with scientists to convert complex information into relatable material. As a journalist in the Army, Dee created and published short-form articles, videos and special Army unit messages from soldiers overseas to their families. She’s committed to making automotive journalism content relevant, timely, and relatable through real-world experience. Dee’s interest in cars began as a child going to auto shows with her dad. She is an avid researcher of auto trends and enjoys test-driving the latest models. When she is not around cars, she loves walking on the beach or trails near her home.
