Positive Review
I love my car and getting ready to buy the TLX. I purchased the car with 30,000 miles on it and now 300,000 plus miles later it is still a great car.
Critical Review
Everything on car is great EXCEPT their dash cracking and there is no recall. We had a Toyota 2004 solars, the factory had a recall and fix our solars 12 years after we got it. Acura if your listening, Do better on your dashes.

Handling, power, styling, comfort
A little bit hard to get out of because it is low to the ground....but only because I am an older driver.
I purchased this vehicle in January of 2018 with 71,000 miles on it. It now has 107,500 miles on it. I love the way it drives and handles. It has sports car like handling, plenty of power with the 6 cylinder engine, but is much more comfortable than a sports car. As far as maintenance goes, I have replaced the AC compressor, starter, and accelerator pedal sensor. I'm now 63 with back problems and the only real con for me is that it is pretty low to the ground and can be a little hard for me to get out of the car depending on how bad my back is hurting that particular day. I've been thinking of buying something along the lines of a luxury car like a Cadillac XTS or a Lexus LS460 so entry and exit is easier but can't seem to pull the trigger as I really enjoy driving the Acura. This is a solid ride and I have been very pleased with it!
Fast
Bad transmission
Engine is good. Car is fast but the trans is junk and has been giving problems since day 1. It shifts weird
Driving ,acceleration, handling, comfort.
Gas, it's hard not to put your foot down !
Just bought a used Acura TL , am very happy with. The car has 148,000 miles, but I've bought two other Honda civics with 150+ and they both gave me another 100+ . Love the Honda's! Now graduated to an Acura. What a beautiful car, front wheel drive is fun to drive, and almost feels like turbo, with its get up. Can pass going up hill, easily. I hope it holds up as beautifully as is looks. I've only had it a month, but did my research . Would reccomend
I’m just want to know how much that runs and start with remonte control power doors locks new stereo advanced redio system
My 2006 acura tl has 320,000 miles. It has had a few issues, but it is one awesome car!!! Would definitely buy another one.
Car has been the most reliable car I have owned. (6mt only obviously) autos are pure trash. Other than that, the only issue is powersteering and frequently torn cv axle boots and ball joints wearing. Plus calipers love to seize around 260k km This car has never left me on the side of the road and is super easy to work on for a V6. Not too many aftermarket mod or tuning options but that's not what this car is meant for. Gas goes quick if only driving city ( 350km max) and 550km highway. All in all. It's a great 1st car that will last to 400k km easily and would buy many of these.
It is fun to drive when it's driveable.
see above
Each time I drive it there is a problem of one sort or another. The tighten gas cap light comes on time to time and finally goes off. The bluetooth has to be disconnected or it drains the battery. The clock no longer works but according to Acura it's a software problem that will automatically correct itself sometime in August 2022. The rearview mirror bracket was loose and for fifty bucks you can buy another one. The sideview mirrors don't work right. The backup camera is of marginal use, you can't see much out of it. It is not a particularly comfortable car to drive. It requires premium gas. I've only owned it about 2500 miles. Wish I had never bought it.
luxury , smooth , stylish
cracked dashboard, leather seats deteriorate
I love my Acura TL! The only thing about it is that the dashboard begins to crack after awhile. Other than that the car itself is smooth, really gives that luxury feeling.
