Tough as a Dodge Truck!

"Old ad tag line still rings true. 1987 D150 2wd longbed 318 2bbl is a great daily driver at 135k. Few problems over the years. Not a show truck but great for hauling. Not strong going up mountains, but flies on level ground. My only gripe is the spare tire is hard to unload and harder to put back. Tailgate latch gave it up after 20 years. Doesn't get 20mpg, but I'll run it as long as it will fire up - this is a ride that grows on you."

Sweet Truck

"I get a lot of compliments on it. I drive it year round and through lots of snow and pull many people out of the ditch with it. I love it. It has the 318 and i feel like its bulletproof. Lots of power but i still get alright mileage."

this truck turned me

"heres the deal with me, first truck was an 89 F150 4x4 and i owned a grand total of 5 Fords, 1 GMC, and 1 Dodge, this truck has a 360 V8, auto trans and solid front 4x4 front axle, this dude is a beast and i aint kiddin you, it gets 20 mpg on the highway, odo and speedo dont work and theres a little jerry-riggin in the eletrics but i got it for $1000 and i estimate it has around 210K miles on it, solid body but the paint is faded but heck, i love this truck and will pry have it for many years to come, 2nd best truck ive ever bought"
