Technical Questions
1. Your Web site isn't working. How do I get my value?
Most errors that occur on our site are a direct result of having cookies and JavaScript disabled on your computer. You can easily adjust your JavaScript and cookie settings in your browser's Internet Options menu. Once you have adjusted your settings, please close your browser and reopen it so that the changes can take affect.
2. Every time I hit "GO" I return to the same page. Is there something wrong with the site?
Please make sure that you have the most current version of Java installed and that all blockers (pop-up, ad, cookie, etc.) are disabled. Java is not installed when you purchase a PC and is needed for many Web sites. You can download Java from www.java.com. Pop-up blockers are included in Norton Internet Security, Netscape, and Mozilla Firefox programs, to name a few. After installing Java and making sure all pop-up blockers are turned off, try loading the page again. If you receive the same results, then open kbb.com in an alternate browser like the latest version of IE (Internet Explorer).
