"Long time Owner - Buying a New One"

Durability
Interior noise
This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have maintained it well, and it has taken care of me also. I adopted my 2002 with 130 miles on the odometer. It has almost 214k now, still going strong. I am looking for an upgrade, and I will buy the same, just newer.

"Very Comfortable"

Very comfortable,
none
Chose it as a highway personal vehicle only wanted 2wd. Ride and comfort were primary importance. Has incredible functional interior, twin front buckets and centre consul. Very good on highway, peppy and economical. Very little repairs

"Nice truck has never failed me"

Nice looking 4x4 runs great
All I can say is it’s old
I put a new motor in it in 2014 it has 52876 miles on it. The truck it self has 250952 miles. All electric 20 inch rims and tires, new speakers, tinted windows, toolbox, Z-71 off road package, tow package, good paint and no dents. The paint is smoke grey And duel exhaust. And $1200.00 in new brakes and front end components . Both back seat doors open.

2004 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab

"Hansom, Powerful, but Rough"

High Reliability and Styling
Sluggish and Rough
The 2004 GMC Sierra is an absolute beast. It is the SLT trim, Z71 package, crew cab, and the 6' bed. Overall rating is high but not perfect. Value is good but as all trucks go they are a little pricey. Compared to other trucks in the era, this vehicle is defiantly on top Performance is low but don't underestimate, it is no slouch. The 5.3L - Vortec V8 offers great power and torque. Comfort is also low due to it being a truck. Suspension is soft in the front but rough in the rear. Cornering at high speeds would not be advisable, body roll is high, and the leaf spring rear-end with little weight over it can make cornering is unpredictable. Bumpy roads makes the rear shutter and float. Given that high speed cornering and unpredictable bumpy conditions can occur, the truck is still a very derivable vehicle. If you drive normally and not sporadically, you will be just fine. Reliability is exceptional, regular maintenance like fluid, tire, and brake replacements are the only things this truck needs. GM's legendary Vortec V8 is absolutely phenomenal. Styling is also high, comparing to other trucks from this year model, it is quite hansom. Quality is high but not perfect, there is some interior wear but the truck is nearly 2 decades old. All in all this is a very good vehicle.Read less
