"My Most Reliable Car"

Great quality, reliable, fun drive
None
I bought this car brand new, 2007 Ford Escape Limited 4WD. I have loved everything about it. I commuted for a few years and got about 22-23 avg gas mileage. We drove across country CA-FL several times (sometimes hauling a small UHaul). Very reliable! We only had one issue at about 120k miles with part of the AC unit but was easy and inexpensive to fix. I loved all of the features. I now drive a Toyota RAV4 but would rather go back to my Ford Escape any day!!!

"The most durable car in the world."

Fun and to drive, very practical, great quality
nothing really...
This car got me through any conditions, rain or shine here in Florida and put up with everything i threw at it for 260,000 miles! Meanwhile it got great gas mileage, had a great sound system, and it was the Perfect size! I also loved its great little boxy shape and rugged but handsome looks. I only sold it because i no longer keep up with it as i already also had a 2012 escape limited (great car as well) and it was no longer driven for that reason.

2006 Ford Escape

"Best body style and room ever for Ford Escape"

Original owner, new tires and brakes
Hybrid batteries aging
Escape has served us well for 12 years. no interior issues, No dents or paint issues. New tires and brakes, well maintained. Hybrid batteries getting old effecting overall gas mileage. Still able to average over 29 miles.

2006 Ford Escape

"Great midsize SUV"

size visibility straightforward maintenance comfor
trans gave out suddenly at 85K, brake rotors X3
This vehicle has been so much fun. It does everything I'd asked an more like long trips or around town. It's amazing the rough roads we've taken it down! I especially like these things: I can see out of it-very important; great for a dog because of the way the passenger seats fold down-creates a safe "well" for my dog vs. rear of car; separates the luggage/gear from the dog so stuff doesn't fall on him. Cons are: transmission failed suddenly at 85K; 3 sets of brake rotors. Overall great practical fun.
