Let's Start With the Bad News (Because We're Honest) This car has some battle scars. It's not showroom perfect, and we want to be completely upfront. Dash is cracked from sun exposure (common for this year). We have a fitted carpet dash cover that improves the look. Small piece of dash missing above the glove compartment. Quarter-sized star crack in the windshield that was professionally filled and has not spread. Right mirror vibrates slightly while driving. Dents and cosmetic damage on the passenger side from a minor side-swiped hit-and-run. No major accident, no structural damage, no airbags deployed. Tire pressure (TPMS) light is on. Rear hatch does not stay up (likely needs new lift struts). Small rock pits on the hood from normal highway wear. That's the honest part. Now the Good News This 2007 Lexus RX 350 has been an excellent vehicle for our teenage daughter. It has been safe, dependable, comfortable, and easy to drive. The 3.5L V6 engine runs strong and smooth. The transmission shifts properly. It starts every time. It drives straight and feels solid on the road. The ride is quiet and comfortable exactly what Lexus is known for. As parents, reliability and safety mattered far more to us than cosmetic perfection. With stability control, traction control, multiple airbags, and a strong build, it gave us confidence putting our teen behind the wheel. Inside, it still feels like a luxury SUV. Comfortable seats, smooth suspension, simple controls, and a solid driving feel.
