Hi. I'm selling a used 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS in fair condition. I bought this car back in early September and it technically starts and runs but I was made aware of issues with it through an inspection by an auto repair shop after the fact which I had repairs and services done by them for some of the issues. Here is a list of repairs and services recently done with the car: 1. Synthetic oil change 2. Visual inspection 3. Oil pan gasket replaced 4. 4 motor mounts replaced 5. Serpentine belt replaced 6. Driver side and passenger side window regulators replaced Here is a list of issues and parts that need and/or may need attention but was intentionally left unattended and are possibly not limited to the following: 1. Cylinders misfiring on cylinders 2 and 6; The engine may need to be replaced. 2. Head gasket leak 3. Air filter (dirty) 4. Fuel filter (dirty) 5. Registration renewal; The car is currently registered as PNO. 6. Smog check; The car needs to pass smog check at a certifiable smog check station in order to renew registration. 7. Internal monitors; They need to be reset by driving the car at least approximately 50 miles which is one of the crucial components to pass smog. Since the car is registered as PNO, to do this, you'd have to go to the DMV by other means and get a temporary operating permit. 8. Disabled license plates are currently on the car which are not mine and would need to be removed and swapped out with regular license plates depending on your driving status. There is a form included in the provided paperwork that I can provide to you that needs to be completed to swap out the disabled license plates with regular license plates but I don't have the tools to do so. You would either need your own tools or go to an auto parts store to buy or borrow them for a deposit. Just FYI, there are some things I got to work out first before I can review many of your inquiries and it could be a while before I get the chance so please be patient. TY.
