Hyundai i-oniq

Established by the Chevrolet Volt, range-extending is an automotive hybrid concept that's beginning to acquire traction across the industry as a practical engineering answer to the challenge of the limited driving range of pure electric cars. The i-ioniq is capable of going 74 miles on electricity, with a maximum extended range of 435 miles when the generator kicks in. The hatchback styling, highlighted by scissor-style doors, is characterized as a possible direction for Hyundai's "fluidic sculpture" design language..
