Looking for relief from record gas prices? Buy a new car! Until June 2, 2008, Chrysler is tempting new car shoppers with a "Let's Refuel America" program the company goes on to describe as a "$2.99 Gas Guarantee." Customers that buy an eligible Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle will be able to purchase 36,000 miles worth of regular gasoline (or E85 ethanol, or diesel fuel) at $2.99 per gallon over the next three years. Suzuki's "Free Gas for Summer" program extends through June 30 and includes three months of free gas (also assuming 12,000 miles per year) in conjunction with 60-month, zero percent financing. As always, restrictions and limitations do apply, so be sure to read the fine print before you sign the dotted line.
