Recent Drive: The Revised-for-2008 Dodge Dakota

By Editors on March 3, 2008 11:42 AM
Unless you're moving from one overpriced residence to another, pickup trucks don't always make sense in Los Angeles. Winding our way through a maze of congested freeways and crowded In-N-Out Burger parking lots, however, the mid-size Dodge Dakota pickup felt manageable in a way most full-sized pickups do not. Like every Angelino we absolutely insist on using the phone while driving, and the optional voice-activated UConnect phone system made it especially easy to chat up a hands-free storm. If the Dakota were a person, we'd totally do lunch with it.
