Recent Drive: 2008 Hummer H2

We don't get a lot of rain in Southern California but we were thankful to have a Hummer H2 in our possession during our most recent bout with the wet stuff. Feeling not just impervious to the elements but downright comfortable within our hardy shell, we wondered if the H2 wasn't the road-going equivalent of the bright yellow, head-to-toe rain gear that keeps the Gorton's Fisherman looking so snug. On the same rainy day, curiously, we noticed both the sheer size of the sunroof and its forward placement that makes it feel that much bigger. We're hoping for a chance to let the sun shine in over the weekend.
