For the 2010 model year, the retro-inspired Mustang gets a bit of a modern makeover. Almost every body panel has been updated, incorporating a bulging hood, new headlights, taillights and sculpted fenders, all of which give the car a crisper, more contemporary look. Other changes include the addition of electronic stability control to the standard equipment list, the availability of the popular SYNC system with Travel Link on Premium trims, and a bump in horsepower to 315 via the same 4.6-liter V8 found in the Bullitt Mustang. Options include an even more aggressive suspension and a supercharger package that can lift horsepower to 500. Prospective buyers will be able to get their hands on the updated Mustang in the spring of 2009.
