Modernized Traditional Luxury
Totally redesigned for 2018, the stylish new second-generation Buick Enclave is more luxurious, more contemporary and even roomier than its cavernous predecessor. While continuing to offer Buick's trademark comfortable, quiet ride, even the Enclave's handling is improved for 2018. With a starting price of just over $40,000, the biggest Buick is one of the most affordable choices in the segment. But if you want to go upscale from there, the new Enclave Avenir, the first vehicle under Buick's new sub-brand, comes with a full serving of upscale tech, safety and convenience features.
"The all-new Enclave still has the smooth ride of the previous model, but even more so thanks to a 2-inch-longer wheelbase providing a better ride and shorter turning radius. There’s good visibility all around and the V6 now puts out an estimated 310 horsepower, which provides some much needed get-up-and-go. A new 5-link independent rear gives the Enclave sharper response and is tuned to minimize body roll in corners." Get more driving impressions from our 2018 Buick Enclave full review.
Buick Enclave Avenir
Just as GMC offers the Denali, Buick launched its own uplevel sub-brand, called Avenir. The Buick Enclave Avenir, the first model in the new line, comes with a unique grille and wheels, Avenir-exclusive accents in the cabin, and features that you can't get on other Enclaves, including an 8-inch configurable driver information display and wireless smartphone charging. The Avenir also offers adaptive cruise control, continuously variable real-time damping, automatic braking, and lane-keep assist. While Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility come standard on all Enclaves, only the Avenir comes with its own navigation system.

Peace and Quiet
One of the features that truly sets the Enclave apart is its quiet interior. The QuietTuning process comprises generous amounts of sound absorbing materials, laminated glass and use of high-strength steel in the structure to make the cabin extremely quiet.
Build and Price
The Enclave has a starting price of under $41,000, topping out just above $60,000 for the Avenir. But those are sticker prices, and you should expect to pay less. Build and price your own 2018 Buick Enclave to unlock its Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price, 5-Year Cost to Own and more.
