The 2019 model year will see the Chevy Cruze sedan and hatchback benefit from changes in styling and features. Following the new design theme that will be coming to many Chevrolet models, the Cruze will receive an updated grille and fascia. At the Premier trim level, rear taillights get LED accent highlights. There will also be new wheel designs offered. In addition, the Cruze hatchback will be available in LS trim (it’s currently offered only as an LT or Premier). The Cruze sedan will continue to be offered in L, LS, LT and Premier trim levels, and the RS package has been updated.
New Cruze features will include Chevrolet Infotainment 3, running through a standard 7-inch touch screen, and remote start and automatic climate control will be standard on LT and Premier models. The Cruze RS package includes black bowtie emblems and window moldings, and 17-inch machined wheels, with 18-inch wheels as an option. The 2019 Cruze and Cruze Hatch will go on sale later this year, with the choice of a 1.4-liter turbocharged gas engine or a 1.6-liter turbodiesel.
