Pricing has now been released for the revamped 2016 Infiniti QX50 and its bolder styling, longer wheelbase and longer list of standard equipment will be complemented by a lower sticker. The automaker's versatile hauler will be offered in two forms, the Infiniti QX50 and QX50 AWD (all-wheel drive), which start at $35,445 and $36,845, respectively, when they go on sale this fall.

In addition to offering more passenger space thanks to a 3.2-inch longer wheelbase, the 2016 QX50's sticker numbers reflect a $550 price drop from 2015. This comes despite the addition of $1,700 worth of new features highlighted by a power moonroof and heated seats. Hoping to further enhance the appeal of its sporty 5-seater, Infiniti has added a new Premium Plus Package to the existing Premium, Deluxe Touring and Technology Packages and set an attractive $500 price on the existing Premium Package that nets an 11-speaker Bose audio system, upgraded climate control, real maple wood interior accents, aluminum roof rails and more. The overall improved value of the well-equipped Premium Package model is approximately $4,500 (RWD), positioning the new QX50 in the heart of the luxury crossover segment.
