Ram Truck has announced base pricing for a pair of new pickup models aimed at two divergent buyer groups: the Ram 1500 Rebel and the Ram 1500 Laramie Limited. Shown earlier this year in Detroit, the action-oriented 2015 Ram Rebel melds a host of unique styling touches with an all-terrain chassis that features multi-mode air suspension, a raised ride height, Bilstein shocks and unique steering calibration.  Available in a Crew Cab configuration along with the choice of a 305-horsepower Pentastar V6 or 395-horse Hemi V8 and 2- or 4-wheel drive, the 2015 Ram 1500 Rebel starts at $43,985 for a rear-drive Hemi with the V6-powered 4x4 Rebel commanding $45,915 and the 4x4 Hemi iteration beginning at $47,565.

First seen at the Chicago Auto Show, the 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited is positioned as a more elegant "black tie" alternative to the Southwestern-themed Laramie Longhorn. Like the Rebel, the Laramie Limited boasts unique exterior and interior cosmetic touches from its billet grille, massive RAM logos and 20-inch forged-alloy wheels to a plush cabin that features custom gauges, a bespoke center console bin with a black Argento Wood tambour sliding door and Berber carpet inserts. Here, too, a Crew Cab is the sole body configuration but buyers can choose between rear-drive or 4x4 drivetrains, and both will can be had with either the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel or 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Prices for the Hemi rear-drive 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited opens at $51,870 while the EcoDiesel starts at $54,990. Choosing a 4x4 variant raises those figures to $55,375 and $58,495, respectively.
