2009 Suzuki Equator: Does it Look Familiar?
Conceived in part so that Suzuki could offer fans of its cycles a vehicle with which to tow their two- and four-wheelers, the Equator pickup is basically a restyled (attractively, we might add) Nissan Frontier. Like their Frontier counterparts, Equator buyers will be able to choose between Crew Cab and Extended Cab bodystyles, two- and four-wheel drive, five-speed manual and automatic transmissions, and four- and six-cylinder engines. In fact, the Equator will offer most of the equipment available on the Frontier. Expect pricing in line Nissan's version when the Equator arrives in Fall 2008.
