2009 Lincoln MKS: A Town Car No More

By Editors on January 29, 2008 12:54 PM
Save for the traditional Lincoln emblem, the new MKS full-size luxury sedan shares nothing in common with its Town Car predecessor. Sultry sheetmetal replaces traditional Lincoln styling, and technological highlights include a communication and infotainment suite with Ford's new SYNC system and a new SIRIUS Travel Link system that delivers real-time traffic info, sports scores, movie listings and more. An all-new 270-horsepower 3.7-liter V6 drives the front wheels, while all-wheel drive is optional. The MKS goes on sale in summer 2008 with a starting price just under $38,000.
