2009 Nissan GT-R

According to Nissan, the long-awaited GT-R "was developed with a new understanding and appreciation of the Earth's natural forces." Wow. They go on to describe the GT-R as a car that can be driven fast by any driver, in any road conditions. We're excited to see such statements make it by the company's legal department, but not as excited as we are to buckle into the driver's seat of this 473-horsepower, all-wheel drive phenomenon. The power comes from a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6, managed by Nissan's first dual-clutch transmission. Expect the GT-R in June 2008 at a starting price somewhere in the neighborhood of $70,000.
