"I bought my Lacrosse CXS premium as a demo at a dealership when it was new. It has all the premium features- from DVD, GPS navigation (which has been upgraded since 2011 and I had it upgraded on my maintenance package, plus leather seats, EXCELLENT STEREO INCL XM option, Mirrors have blind spot electronic notification feature!, LED light on wood look panel at night, Double sized Panoramic sunroof, very comfortable leather seats. Large fold down back seats, and large trunk! It has been a dream car from day one and so comfortable and secure to drive. No problems with it at all and I may buy another one! If someone says its too small for them, this car has electric seats that go up and down as well as can be moved back for long legged men. If they are huge all around, it may be too small, but the original TV spots had former NBA player Shaquille O'Neal in them showing he is comfortable. He is huge in any car. GM puts out a great product and I recommend this car to anyone who is wanting luxury, elegance and all the features for themselves and or family. Great to travel in too!"
"This vehicle rides and performs like a full size vehicle should. I traded a 2010 Toyota Avalon Limited on this vehicle and this vehicle is head and shoulders above the Toyota at about the same purchase price. Have had vehicle for almost three years and never had a problem or unexpected repair, just routine maintenance. Would buy another like vehicle next time without hesitation."
"This is a Chauffeurs style quality. Performance doesn't take away form ride quality. Response is excellent and interior sound is peaceful. The braking tends to pulse even after change of pads and rotors. I've felt this in other GM vehicles. The angle of the arm to the brake pedal is cumbersome. The lack of a trunk release inside the car is the most disappointing thing I've ever encountered in a car. Fuel mileage is poor even on the highway it is just fair."
