"Purchased 2006 BMW 330i used w/ fairly low miles (36K). Extremely good value especially if you can buy with BMW Certified Per-Owned (CPO) warranty extension (100K/6 years). Everything a BMW should be: handling, comfort, styling and very good performance.
If you really need the "put you into the back of the seat" performance/horsepower, then a BMW 335i may be a better option. However, expect to pay a sizable price premium compared to the 330i.
The BMW 330i is a great value for the money!"
"My wife and I love this vehicle. All wheel drive in Chicago is ideal. Taking ramps feels great and you always have the extra passing power that you need when you need it. Only complaint is the run-flat tires don't last that long and tend to get loud. Need to get a better RFT developed."
"I've had the new 328i convertible for the last 2 weeks and love it even more than my 08. I decided I wanted the 6-speed stick and am elated at the difference. I also have the sport package and I think these 2 options are a must to completely enjoy the car. I was a little underwhelmed by the automatic's acceleration and the car was tuned a little soft with the standard suspension. The sport tuning is perfect; not too hard as many of our other european cars have been. Simply a joy to drive! The 2008 car has proven to be very reliable with only one electrical issue repaired under warranty. I have no reason to think the 09 will be any less reliable.
Steer clear of too many of the high priced fluff options and you will be easily under $50,000 with a nicely equipped BMW. Best convertible value on the market today!"
"Bought mine new in March this year. Though I've only put 2100 miles on it, I still get a thrill every time I start it up. I love driving the car, its just plain fun. And great to look at sitting still. I bought the AWD version, and it was fantastic last spring.
If you can afford it, buy this car.
My only regret is that I didn't get the sport package. But will probably upgrade thru Dinan one piece at a time."
