"it is an excellent car,fun to drive, mileage is always 40 around town and 44 on a road trip.the car is in excellent condition and all services were done by dealership."

"This car is amazing. Fun to drive, safe, and fuel efficient. I've had very little issues with the car, and most of what I have had VW has fixed for free, or my mechanic has been able to fix for under $100. Extremely reliable, never broken down on me at all. I'm going to miss this car once it is gone."

love my car

"this has been a great car since i purchase new almost 2yrs ago. handles/drives like a sportscar and looks like one too. even my small car disliking husband likes to drive it!! i have had no problems with the exception of a flat tire when i ran over metal scrap on the interstate in nc. the only reason i didnt rate the interior with a 5 is due to only one interior plug-in for accessories and the small storage space for my "stuff". plugin easily fixed with a dual plugin device.the interior is not leather but has the look and feel of real leather...and love the heated seats! the paint on vw's has always been exceptional.also, i get up to 32mpg on trips and 26-28 around town. something that vw doesnt advertise enough is that there is NO cost for service for the first 36K miles!!!"

Okay car if you get the warranty

Cons: "too many repairs"

"This car was great for about the first 3 months. I was very lucky becuase it was certified when I bought it and it covered a lot of the problems I had. I would say in the first year I had it I had to take it in 3 different times, and it took them a week each time to fix the problems. You also need to call before you take it into get an oil change because a lot of the chain companys do not carry the oil filter on hand. The car it self looks great and is a fun car to drive I just think it has way to many problems for being only 2 years old when I bought it."
