If you're of the mindset that a big car is always safer than a small one, you'll feel at ease behind the wheel of the 2012 Venza.
The 2012 Toyota Venza doesn't come cheap and doesn't offer a third-row seat. Those wanting more passenger room should look to the Hyundai Veracruz or Mazda CX-9, while those seeking better fuel econom
While the 2012 Toyota Venza's ride is not quite as soft as those of the Toyota Avalon or Camry, it's far from abrupt. The Venza's ride remains comfortable so long as the roads are smooth. However, road irregularities are quickly picked up by the large wheel/tire combo and transmitted to the cabin. Interior noise levels were also a bit higher than we expected, again perhaps owing to the big tires. If you settle for the 2.7-liter inline 4, you'll get an engine that delivers adequate acceleration and passing power and relatively good fuel economy.

"Bought this car and soooooo disappointed!!! Drove a Venza home from dealer for overnight, liked it and traded a 2013 toyota highlander because of its terrible ride. Picked up new Venza, next day went out to shop and kept hearing the worst noise coming from the side-view mirror on the driver's side. We took it and placed painters tape in places we thought might help.... nothing helped. That is until I put a barrier of tape between the side view mirror and the door. By creating a barrier between the door and mirror it stopped the wind coming through the small opening. Toyota is building their cars out of plastic. Kept hearing a clicking noise each time I moved the power seat. Took it back to the dealer and told him about it. I was told, " that is the way it works." Got home and looked at the back of the seat and found the plastic cover on the rail unit was broken and catching as it moved.... PLASTIC cover! you gotta be kidding. Toyota needs to revamp the interior. When reaching for the AC fan control, hand hits gear shift column. So disappointed in Toyota quality. Will NEVER purchase a Toyota again!"

"Everyone loves this car! I am regularly carpooling with 5 adults and the Venza is complimented over and over for the space and ride. Thank you for inventing this wonderful vehicle!"
