The base 4-cylinder engine that struggled to move a fully-loaded Sienna has been dropped for 2013, with the better V6 now standard. Blind-spot monitoring is standard on Limited models and available on SE and XLE trims. The system also features a new cross-traffic alert system for extra precaution when backing up.
For 2011 the Sienna is completely re-engineered. Among the notable changes are the thoroughly upgraded new interior that includes optional lounge-type seating in the second row and a sport-tuned SE model with improved steering and handling. A four-cylinder-powered Sienna is also available.
Generously accommodating and delightfully easy to use, the Toyota Sienna is about as minivan as minivans come. And it's been made even better for 2015, with visual, functional and foundational upgrades that return the Sienna to the head of its class in several areas. It's also the only minivan to offer available all-wheel drive, and its stellar reputation for long-term reliability helps it retain its value better than any other minivan.
