"Bought my 98 Sienna in 2003 and have since put 45,000 miles on it. Very reliable engine. Only issues we have had are door handles breaking off, an ignition problem (fixed for $150), and power steering locks up (dealer cant figure it out). Otherwise a very sound investment. Will continue to purchase Toyota vehicles."
"I bought this minivan after several difficult, expensive and frustrating years in a Plymouth Voyager. This reliable, wonderful Sienna that I've driven for almost 8 years has cost me about 1/10 of what I spent on the Voyager for service and maintenance. I LOVE this vehicle."
"I bought this vehicle in 1998 for $28k. It is still worth $6k and I have not had any major repairs. What a great deal!! It has hauled my family and my teams to vacations, tournaments and all over the southern US. I would never own anything but a Toyota, and the Sienna has been a great deal for me!"
"we bought our vehicle used in 2006 with 65000 miles on it and it has been wonderful! We have traveled extensivly since then and it is very comfortable, reliable, and the performance perfect, the worse thing was a flat tire, we will only purchase toyota vehicles."
"This is my 4th Toyota. I loved all of them because of their quality and reliability, but this one has been the best overall out of all of them. When I'm ready for a new car I will be buying Toyota's latest minivan."
"We've had this 1998 Sienna since we ordered before it was even available in showrooms. At 10 years old it's still a very reliable great family vehicle. Our only major complaint has been the quality of door handles. We've had 3 different door handles break over the years in regular use."
"this car was my first van that I bought to the family, it was really very deppendable car. fit our need as mom and dad and three kids with extra room for a guest or two during summer vacation. has no mechanice problem what so ever, I will not replace it with any other maker for sure"
"My first new car was a toyota corolla 1990
I was so pleased with it than when I wanted to buy another car I went back to the Dealer and asked to see the Sienna. It dindn't take long to fall in love with this car
I still have it, regular oil changes. rotate the tires, rear shocks replaced twice and battery once, gas mileage not that great about 20 mpg"
